Strategic Expansion with Quang Tri Factory

Beyond its current network, CPE continues to expand production and distribution capabilities to better meet customer demands nationwide. A key milestone in this strategy is the ongoing construction of a second factory in Quang Tri Province—an important project being fast-tracked this year. Strategically located in Central Vietnam, the new facility will shorten delivery times, reduce transportation costs, and enhance technical support for customers from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa.

This Quang Tri plant is being developed with robust infrastructure, advanced production technologies, and a strict quality control system. It is set to become a second key production and transit hub, complementing the headquarters in Hai Duong. More than just a strategic move to capture market share, it also demonstrates CPE’s strong commitment to serving Central Vietnam more professionally, promptly, and reliably in the long term.

Chemical Transport Capabilities

Alongside its nationwide branch network, CPE has invested significantly in logistics—an essential component for a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted supply chain. Understanding the specialized nature and strict regulations of chemical transportation, CPE has established a fleet of dedicated chemical transport vehicles with diverse payload capacities to suit a wide range of products.

All CPE vehicles are fully licensed to transport hazardous chemicals in compliance with Vietnamese law. Drivers and logistics personnel receive in-depth training in chemical safety, incident response, and standardized delivery procedures. This ensures each shipment is delivered on time, to the correct destination, and in full compliance with environmental, fire safety, and traffic regulations.

Owning and operating an internal fleet allows CPE to better manage delivery schedules, minimize risks during transportation, and respond swiftly to urgent customer requests.
